Bus Route Information

YELLOW BUS ROUTES & BUS STOPS:

Bus stops are established to accommodate the number of eligible students registered in the area, ensuring they are within 500 meters of a residence where possible. No new bus routes or stops are created for ineligible students.

Please note that all bus route timings are approximate and may change throughout the school year. Families are advised to check PowerSchool regularly for any updates to bus stop times. Significant changes will be communicated via email through School Messenger, prompting you to check PowerSchool for updated information.

To ensure timely boarding, riders should arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the published time.

**Please note that there are some rural areas that are still in the City of Red Deer that might not have transportation service via yellow charter bus or RD City transit. If you are in one of these areas, please contact RDPSD transportation for information regarding possible options.**

Use the Powerschool Parent Portal to find transportation information for Yellow Charter bus only. Powerschool will not have information on City Transit. City Transit route info can be found on their website.

To access student transportation information, you must have a Powerschool Parent Portal account set up. Please see below for procedure regarding setting up a Powerschool account.
